Return Policy Satisfaction Guaranteed If you're not satisfied with your Alias shoes, we'll gladly give you a full refund, or credit towards replacement, within 30 days of purchase. It's a good idea to first test your new shoes on a carpeted floor to be sure the fit is just right, as we do not accept returns of shoes worn on the course. Returning- Easier than ever If you wish to return your shoes for any reason (prior to being worn), please do within 30 days of your purchase. Requests for credit or exchanges for returns made after 30 days are subject to Alias' discretion. Your proof of purchase must accompany all returns and be in the original box. Please call our customer service dept. for a RA # before returning any merchandise. Credit adjustments for returns may not appear for a short period, depending on day/time of return & credit card billing cycle. Reasons covered for full refund: 1. Not satisfied with product received(prior to wearing on the course) 2. Defective 3. Not item/s ordered Once worn on the the course requests for return are at the soul discrection of Alias Footwear. Other requests for return will be denied or if approved will incur a re-stocking charge of 15%. Warranty Policy Returns or exchange due to defective merchandise must be done within 90 days of purchase date. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at Alias' discretion. Upon Alias approval of defective item you will then receive a credit to payment account. Alias does not warranty or accept returns for excessively worn, damaged/abused products, or normal wear n' tear. |
